No Death Penalty Wisconsin

The State of Wisconsin abolished the Death Penalty in 1883. For 153 years, Wisconsin has never executed a prisoner.

The Wisconsin State Legislature has decided to put a question to the voters of Wisconsin on the Novermber 2006 ballot to reinstate the Death Penalty here in Wisconsin.

The many really good reasons to keep Wisconsin's laws as they are will be reviewed in the coming weeks and months.
